My uncle bought a LG washer from lowes about 6 months ago and the water valve went out . He called them and told them the water valve went out in his new washer they said we will send someone out. When they showed up they told him he needed A new water valve lol. They had to order the part they said it has been 6 weeks and he still hasn't heard from lowes or the con's Mr Fix IT out of Cleveland. I would not recommend buying any appliances for lowes. Save your self the trouble an buy from sears or other appliance store.
