I just came home from Lowes in Wytheville after making a special trip (30 miles round trip) to buy pea gravel. I purchased 15 bags and waited for an hour with no one coming to load it for me. I tried to do it myself, but it was just too heavy for me. I asked for a refund at customer service and was told the loader was at lunch. Only one person can load in that store?
