If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service at this Lowe’s location is terrible. I placed an order at a different Lowe’s, but the items had to be fulfilled by this store. Not only did they send me the wrong items, but they went ahead and delivered them anyway—and refused to take them back. Instead, they told me I had to move everything out to the street for pickup, even though it was their mistake.
