We're mostly in the garden center but whole store overall is always clean and friendly! Rich in the garden center was very kind and helpful. Prices inching up on a lot of things but I suspect can't be helped with everything going on.
I wouldn’t give this store a single star if I had the choice. We were told our cabinets were in stock when we ordered on December 20th, 2025. We wanted to have renovation complete months ago. Four months later, we’ve dealt with delays, wrong cabinets, incorrect finishes, missing pieces, and zero accountability. Trying to reach a real person is nearly impossible, and getting them to fix their mistakes is a joke. I just wanted to take the time to thank the wonderful people in the garden center at Lowe's today. I went to three separate plant nurseries today because I don't know anything about gardening and I was hoping to find someone that would give me knowledge and point me in the right direction and at all three garden centers I got no help and left frustrated and sad each time!
