Shop at Home Depot or Harbor Freight. Do not buy freight items from Lowe’s. I purchased a snowblower that Lowe’s allowed to be delivered damaged. After a week’s worth of hassling with their customer service line, I got a discount. A Month later without snow I have come to find out that it has significant damage to the under carriage as I moved it to organize my garage and saw that it is leaking oil. Ordered a fridge for delivery from a very nice man who worked in the paint department(I guess there were no appliances folks around). I Took the day off to stay home and receive said fridge. Got a text that they were on their way and yes, they did show up and hand me the install kit- you know the little hose that connects the ice maker. I asked where the fridge was.
