I bought one of the Cobalt toolbox for a pickup truck low profile box. As soon as you open it it says no drilling they supply mounting brackets. Well not even 3 months later the brackets broke thought I'd get help from my local store here in Laurinburg but nope I was told exact words were this is my problem I have to take care of it myself they don't have to do anything it's a manufacturing problem so it's not the stores. My husband went to Lowe's to get me a washing machine. He choice a GE that was in back they told him $150. OFF regular price. Because it was a repair. Well I googled it. He paid full price. For a repair.

Management rude disrespectful and love to follow customers around harassing them
I'm been to Lumberton and Laurinburg trying to find a bathroom set and y'all don't have it , then the man said I can order it will take 10 days to come here. Lows is not a organize place to find something if your looking for it , they have everything all messed up , y'all need to do better I'll would give you zero Stars if it was up to me.
