This review is for Lowe’s of Marquette, MI. I would never recommend anyone purchase anything large for their home from this store. We contracted a large window purchase from them SIX MONTHS ago and still do not have our job complete. I have been given the runaround from a straight up incompetent team on a job that should have been simple and done back in June when we ordered the windows. DO NOT BUY anything other than lightbulbs and wrenches here.

My grandma bought an oven from the Marquette Lowe's. The outer glass on the door shattered the second time the oven was heated. We have been going back and forth with Lowe's customer service since June and the problem is still not fixed. Today we told their customer service rep that we would just return it, and were told we can't because it's been more than a month since it was purchased.
