Would not recommend you do your cabinet project through Marquette MI Lowes. They didn't coordinate delivery well, and "lost" our cabinets for over a month. Then we were missing the last 3 cabinets, so they had to remake them. We still don't have our cabinets or countertops in, and it's been 4 months. Then the gal who wrote up all the charges said we owed more for the back splash, all which was supposed to be included in our original price. The Rock Shop, the countertop place is very disorganized and poor as well.
This review is for Lowe’s of Marquette, MI. I would never recommend anyone purchase anything large for their home from this store. We contracted a large window purchase from them SIX MONTHS ago and still do not have our job complete. I have been given the runaround from a straight up incompetent team on a job that should have been simple and done back in June when we ordered the windows. DO NOT BUY anything other than lightbulbs and wrenches here.

I would have given a 5 as the person who helped us with the original design with our cabinets was fantastic. Unfortunately we also got our countertops from Lowes and were told that they would be installed on 06/27/18. We informed the contractor for the countertops that we needed them installed before July 1st as we had company coming to stay with us as we were having my sister's memorial service and my daughters wedding the week of July 4th.
