Your appliance people are never there. They never pick up the phone. Your people pass us by without asking if we needed help. When my wife tried to flag someone down THEY WALKED FASTER! Two of your employees saw us walk into the area and then they took off. You had a Fourth of July sale on appliances BUT DIDNT HAVE ANY APPLIANCES AND BLAMED IT ON COVID. I think your people are incompetent and lazy
RecommendedI love Lowe's, always have ! I am writing to alert the Manager of MONTGOMERYVILLE, PA - Store #1669 that he has a Rogue employee. His name Is Eli, the manager of the flooring department. This fellow promised to call me regarding a large purchase I was going to make but he failed to do so. Numerous attempts to contact him in the flooring Dept. were in vane. Is he a ghost employee ? I made my purchase at another store and was very happy with it.

Exceptional service, great atmosphere, available products. And your pet canine is allowed indoors.
We bought everything we needed to re-do a 35 year old powder room here about a month ago. Every single staff member could not have been more helpful or efficient. The toilet had to be special-ordered, and was available in a week. Prices were great, and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.
