Got there at 9:01 and need a single 3" coupling because my sewer line was broke and guess what??? Wouldn't let me in

Never had a bad experience here. Most of the employees are friendly and some are helpful and if not, they can usually find someone who can help. My only gripe is with the Christmas decorations on OCTOBER 1st. I mean, seriously?
Was looking at Fall vegetables and commented to two employees who were standing in the garden center visiting, that the vegetables were all wilted and needing water, their comment was they needed more staff so the plants could be watered. I wondered why not carry your conversation outside and water while you talk. Horrible customer service and no veterans discounts. Why I shop Home Depot !
