The store became family to us. My husband worked as a Millwork Specialist there!! We miss it!!!
Great location... good selection in every department..... local friendly.....military discounts........love the indoor and outdoor garden sections....much closer then Home Depot.....of course that's because I come from the Manteo area....our families children enjoy the build and grow programs........the children have work aprons, hammers and Jimmie Johnson hats....great way for locals to spend their summer...c u there.....jp
We're loyal Lowe's customers, but find the Customer Service lacking in all departments throughout this store, especially the Customer Service designated desk where the employees are flippant, impatient and rude. Would also love to see Lowes install baby changing tables in it's restrooms so families shopping there can properly and hygienically care for their children.
I ordered a washer and dryer and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Now, they are late on the second rescheduled delivery and I'm on hold with their corporate office! DO NOT expect timely service or delivery. I will never buy another product from this store.
I would like to give a shoutout to our local Lowe's store and to their delivery people in particular for going beyond our expectations to deliver a stove last night. Ours quit working Wednesday and we were set up for delivery on Sunday. I talked with the delivery manager and he said he would try to put it on for delivery yesterday. Three delivery people who had been working since 6am showed up at our house here in Corolla at 7:30 last night and hooked us up and hauled off the old one.
