Paid almost $2000.00 to replace my door. Now new door won't lock and leaks water. I called same day was installed nothing but the runaround. They say...... not my department, have to talk to manufacturers, let me call installer, my dog ate my homework. lol you get what I'm sayin. I have spoken with management over store I've spoken with corporate and gotten nowhere. I even threatened a law suit breech of contract. Still nothing
Poor communication from the flooring department, in particular the carpet section. After prompt, efficient, and professional service regarding the measurements of desired carpet areas, I did not hear from Lowe's. I was told to expect a call within 2 to 3 business days with an estimate. That was on the 9th of October. On the 18th I called Lowe's and again on the 19th.
