Amazing place to work and shop!
We purchased all new kitchen appliances last month. They never could give an exact delivery date... ok, not ok but what could we do since all the appliances had to come in from different locations, Well the stove came in on the 22nd and they were nice enough to sell it. The other one came in on the 3rd and the guy in appliances were spoke with said we had requested a delivery date of today, which we did not, but we were closed enough on the work in my kitchen we could handle them. THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST BUSINESS IN NEW MEXICO. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET DELIVERY ON A PRODUCT THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME ON JUNE 16TH, 2018. TODAY IS JULY 30TH AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING MY ORDER IS LOST!!! I HAVE HEARD EVERY IMAGINEABLE STORY IN THE BOOK. Miss it
My grandma has paid for a door and the instillation on febuary 8 and she has still not had the door installed or delivered to her house. no explanation or anything she calls every week and they said it will be delivered by the end of the week and every week still nothing it is not professional at all. I am beyond disappointed.
Very disappointed in how my father was treated there today. No help at all. He had to get bricks by himself, then he put the cart by the register and told an employee he’d be right back because he needed a two by four and didn’t want to push the bricks all over the store. He gets his piece of wood and comes back, the other employees took his cart and were putting all of his bricks back! He tells them he was buying them and they just walked off!
