I paid Lowe’s in waveland ms Almost 18 thousand dollars to install tile floors in my home. They failed to deliver the material two times after giving me a date and 4 hour time window. My husband bought fencing materials this past Thursday morning, in the tune of close to $2k. Our contractor picked up some of the materials but had to go back to pickup the rest. Even got a store associate to sign off on the remaining materials that our contractor would be back to pickup before he left (we have the signed paperwork). RecommendedPurchased a dishwasher on the website and paid for haul away of old appliance. The delivery crew dropped the new appliance off and told my with "we don't do installs" and left.The did not haul away the old appliance as they were paid to do. They'll take your money and refuse to provide the service you paid for.
Customer service is great they have just about anything you want and they’ll help you find it and load it. And the price is not bad at all
In case anyone has appliance plans for Uncle Donald’s money...let me tell you a story. Saturday around 7:45am strolled in to Lowe’s in Waveland. I knew the washer I wanted. Online said they had 3 in stock. Gary was walking by and offered to help me. About an hour later, Maligi said they had to get it from the Gulfport store. I was like cool. I dont know if its because of covid, because of no competition, or that they just dont care anymore, but customer service has gone downhill in the last year. I will go out of my way to spend my money at other stores rather than my local Lowes. Casier was doing her job per store policies, but the manager couldn't give me 2 minutes of his attention. I know they dont care about my little money, but its the matter of princible.
