It's a good thing that Lowes of Elizabeth City has a good plumbing department because their business is headed down the toilet. I tried to purchase a washing machine on 4/5/21 and was told they couldn't get to it because things were in the way of it (without even checking). This was after waiting 20 minutes and pressing the help button 6 times, which probably wouldn't be so frustrating if you didn't see numerous associates standing around talking to each other or on their cell phones. Lowe's of Elizabeth City. I have darkened your doorway for the final time. After today, I will never do business with you again. The staff is rude, unprofessional and severely lacking in customer service skills. They deliberately ignore customers, reply to questions with smart remarks and then yell at customers from across the store. If that weren't bad enough, they pull the "bait and switch" routine, luring you in with advertised specials only to find the item to be far more than advertised. just bought a washer last week and brought it home ourselves. everything we've used to redo house has come from here.
I bought a washer and a dryer a week ago they were just delivered today, the store workers were NOT helpful including the manager and on top of that when they were delivered the dryer doesn’t have a cord to plug it in..... that’s sold separately. Don’t they think someone should of said that when ordering!!!! If only they had competition in town! 😤
I bought a washer and dryer two weeks ago. I received a call yesterday that they would be delivered today. Today I get a call that no one knows where my washer and dryer might be, and they will NOT be delivered today. I have received a statement for these appliances and have made a payment. I wish that I had listened to several friends who told me not to go the the EC store and purchase anything. It will be my last major purchase from that store, you can bet on that.
