It's a good thing that Lowes of Elizabeth City has a good plumbing department because their business is headed down the toilet. I tried to purchase a washing machine on 4/5/21 and was told they couldn't get to it because things were in the way of it (without even checking). This was after waiting 20 minutes and pressing the help button 6 times, which probably wouldn't be so frustrating if you didn't see numerous associates standing around talking to each other or on their cell phones.
