Over the years I have lost confidence in Lowes but gave them another try with an installed privacy fence order. I did not want to deal with an installer directly if there were any issues. I "assumed" the sales person would handle any issues. Wrong. Lowes has a "customer care" system that inundate you with bot calls and never allows you to speak to the same person.
