Just spent over two thousand dollars on a new lawn tractor only to be talked down to the supposedly "manager". He had the nerve to tell him that didn't have time to deal with me and to come back tomorrow because they didn't install the deck drive belt... It took all of 20 seconds. Todd was awesome. I showed him a picture of what I needed and he cut my pvc pipes and put it together for me while cutting each piece. Every Lowe’s needs a guy like Todd. I have the video of him cutting and helping me out. This wouldn’t let me share the video. Thanks Todd for everything. Lowe’s Roanoke’s Rapids NC is the best.

I dread coming to Lowe's because the customer service is an atrocity! Staff very rude and won't even acknowledge your presence. I usually go to Home Depot where I feel like I matter as a customer, but I needed something to fill in a hole in my house and it took another customer to get a staff member's attention to get help for me. This store here gave me so many problems with my Extended Plan Protection buyback for my washing machine. Seems as if they comprehended what the warranty people was telling them but then was relaying things to me saying something totally different. I'm an employee of Lowe's and felt very dissatisfied with management handling one of their own this way.
