I went to Lowes today looking for help as much as parts for my toilet and I got both ! I wish I could remember names better but there was an elderly gentleman in the lights dept. and one in the plumbing and they made sure I completely understood what needed to be done to fix my toilet and saved me a ton of cash from a man that offered to "fix" it for me. I asked six times where my delivery order was, I got the run around, it's 9:30 p.m. and still no orders, they told me to call back tomorrow and had no care I'm the world, BootLeg Painting will spread the word for this area that they are bad business, they need boycotted. Take care of your customers or shut yourself down.
The local store is terrible for customer service...and for stocking for that matter. Buying $100's of dollars of stuff but they wouldn't cut a $12 piece of trim till we paid for it. Which wouldn't have been a problem except we had split up to try to save time so...didnt have my wallet. Asked if he could look up my Lowe's card and use that...nope!
Shorty Brown is an Awesome Manager we had a great resolve thru Shorty. Previous visit was not to good. However when the Manager was informed of the issues he quickly and kindly took care of business. Thank you 😊
My husband went in the store 9/1 to get an estimate on granite counter tops. Gave measurements to the lady at the service desk because no one was in the area needed. He ask that someone please call him with a ballpark figure. To date, no one has contacted him. We called the store today and was trying to get an explanation. Called three times, even ask to speak to a manager in the last call. Phone just rings and goes back to the operator.
