I am giving this Lowe's 3 stars only because of the merchandise which they carry which is good and plentiful. However, If I were rating them on customer service, they would do well to get 1 star. It seems to be a self help store only. No matter how lost you are or seem, all those people in the red vests just ignore you. I went to the store several months ago to look for a washer and dryer. Just wanted to give a big shout out to one of Lowe's Employees~ Jamie. She has been helping me today with some fraudulent charges that were made to my husband's credit card last night at their location in Tennessee (we however live in Georgia). Thanks to her quick action, they've been able to find the video of the guys who did this and will be on the look-out for them. Thanks so much Jamie for staying in touch with me and letting me know your findings. Very much appreciated !!
