The employees are not trained in their respective departments. They run away from customers so they do not want to work on their behalf. if you do catch on they are responding as if they don't want to serve you. They do more work stocking items than asking if you need assistance. I get better service at Menards in Defiance. I'll go there. One more thing, customer telephone service is very poor too with covid excuses.

my elderly parents went in to have a someone give them estimates on window replacement. the person said they would be here at 9am 8/8/2020 here it is 1040am called the store said someone would call me back and nothing.

Two trips to the service desk and still no one came to help me load a lawnmower. I ended up pushing it across the store to the checkout. They did manage to get someone to help put it in the truck. lots of staff around busy talking to each other but no one to help a customer

I will never go back to Lowe’s! I just waited an hour for them to load flooring and underlayment into my truck. I specifically asked them nicely to triple wrap the load because I was driving 30 minutes home. Two minutes down st rt 18 I lose my entire load of underlayment. I had to pick the pieces that were spread down the road in the dark. Several pieces were ran over by oncoming traffic. I called to get some kind of discount, all they said was “you can bring the damaged pieces back.” I’d rather not waste another hour of my ... read more

Will never purchase a thing from this store again. They have been an absolute nightmare. I purchased windows the end of September and was told they would take a month to come in. No big deal. First date we were told the windows would arrive November 1st. That passed no windows. Oh they won't arrive till November 14th. Called a few days before the 14th to ask for time of delivery and was told it says my windows are there but they cant find them. Can we call you back. Wife bought a gas grill, she got it pre assembled. We got it out of the SUV drug it around back of the house. Checking it, the grease can wasn't with it, no operating manual, and the spark ignitor didn't work. She went today to get a new ignitor and grease can. Was told we had to return the whole thing. It is no big deal to make sure the products for sale are complete beforehand. The two parts are about $25 to buy and replace, but we paid full price for the grill. And it was filthy too. Live and learn...….
