My kitchen appliances are all from Lowe’s. Derrick in the appliance department is amazing to work with. He showed me every refrigerator that had the specifications that I was looking for! The refrigerator arrived with some scratches and they will be replacing without a problem. Thanks again!
I have spent so much money in this store alone. I was a day late on a mulch sale and they wouldn't honor the price. I have personally seen them honor prices a day late several times. I will be doing my shopping else where for now on!
Very friendly always trying to help the customers that's wonderful clean place
I was lead to believe there was a 2 year warranty on a Troy Bilt lawn tractor purchased from them. In fact, the associate from Lowe's said "if you have any problems with this mower, just bring it back to us" The mower now has a problem after only a year and Lowe's won't stand by what the salesman told me. I will never purchase anything from Lowe's again.
