Paid $95 cash for a nativity set and it worked one day. Lost my receipt and when then asked for a store credit it was denied. I didn't want the money back. and Lowe’s customer service policy is all about the corporation
RecommendedI am 70 Years old. Went today to buy a toilet. I could not lift it. Karlo loaded it for me, took me thru the fastlane checkout, then took my purchase and loaded it in my jeep. Thank you Karlo. Lowes is in my good graces again

If I place an order for pickup and the item says in stock, it should be in stock. No notice that it wasn't in stock, but a notice came that the rest of my order was ready for pickup. If I had known that the item I really wanted wasn't available I would have cancelled the whole thing and taken my business somewhere else. Then when I asked for a printed receipt, they said their printer was broken. What the heck? Home Depot please come to Southern Pines. Lowes is a joke!

Exits are blocked to outside plants area. This is a violation of the fire code. Virus protection? Wake up Lowe's you might be looking at a stiff law suit if an emergency egress is necessary.
Lowe's is a very popular place to shop with so many products for DIY home improvements and more. We have made several trips to Lowe's lately and I have to give a shout out to one sales associate in particular, KARLO! is an amazing employee for Lowe's. He always seemed to be working when I was there shopping for our entire home remodel projects (and we are not done!) Karlo was super helpful and always took the time to stop and help, never rushed, and gave good information and assistance. Karlo, deserves a "top" employee award... read more
