Went in to Lowe’s this evening to speak to someone in Flooring to get information on cost, installation and how long it takes on special order material. There was no one in the department so I went to the front to ask for someone. The girl said she would page someone. She did and no one showed up. One employee did stop and ask if he could help and was very nice but could not assist with flooring (totally understandable). I would like to say that the Lowes store in Moberly has to be the worst I have ever seen as far as management. For 1 we were remodeling a 4300 square foot house, our carpet through them to have the free installation. They were suppose to be here on a Monday and be completed on Wednesday, they finally called me on Monday of install at 2pm to tell me that they could not make it but would be here the following day, they called the following day at 11:30 and said they was on the way.
