After finally being waited on to purchase a grill- my 16 year old daughter and I had to disassemble and load it our selves. I went into the store several times to ask for help, being assured someone was on their way. Finally after half an hour, we loaded it ourselves. Several other customers saw this and committed that it was a disgrace to have two females working on this in the parking lot.

A week ago I paid in advance for an initial visit by installers for some lighting I want replaced. Justin at the store has been very helpful, but a week later I haven't heard a word from the installers, who are supposed to call to make an appointment.
Lowe's Home Improvement (West Jefferson, NC) is full of the most helpful or courteous employees or shoppers I've ever seen. They just naturally come to your aid, rather you're struggling with an item's weight or simply look like you're looking for something. It is a shame that ALL stores do not take on that character of willing helpfulness.
