Absolutely the worst delivery department I’ve ever had to deal with. They told me they would call 30 min ahead. The guy called and stated he was 10 min away. I asked him to be there in 30 min. I arrived to meet him before work and he still wasn’t there an hour after his first call. I called him several times with no answer. I called the store and was on hold for 12 min. Still have not received a call and it’s been 2 hours since his first call. Will never use them again. Very unprofessional.
I want to say thank you to Lowe's for donating water to "Operation Cool Down". For those unaware, Operation Cool Down was created by Craig Tatum. He gathers fans and water and delivers it to people in need so that they can stay hydrated and cool. Again, thank you Lowe's for helping to improve the community
Customer service is nice and calls with updates, however we paid for our washer and dryer weeks ago and they still haven’t got our dryer in stock. More than likely canceling our order with them today and going elsewhere. It’s taking way too long.
Bought a new upright freezer. Refused to strap it down or help strap it down. While I got a great deal on the freezer! Unwilling to help a woman by herself strap down a huge, both in $ and size, purchase is just shitty service any way you look at it. Women, its my opinion that Lowe's is very anti women whether its helping you find a product or helping to ensure that your large purchase is safe for you to take it home.
I’m done shopping at Lowe’s had a scheduled delivery of a freezer was bumped to Thanksgiving day and it’s closed so no delivery and will only credit my card in 3 business days
I am sooo unhappy with Lowe's. I went in today to get a sink, faucet and shower. I couldn't find anyone to help. There were a lot of people in blue vests but I swear they ran when I tried to ask. Went to the front desk and the guy there asked someone who came in who he should call. Mr. Helpful replied, (in front of me) I don't know, that's above my pay grade, I'm not supposed to know and I just got here. So I asked, well who is supposed to know, I'll ask them. I want to give a big shout out to Serena! She was a lifesaver, my guy was in dire need of some heat as the generator broke, and she did a wonderful job helping him out. God bless her and Lowes is very lucky to have her as an employee!! Thank you again Serena G!!!
