We've had to reorder some bathroom items twice because they came in broken. Their delivery department kept giving us conflicting dates on when the shipments would arrive in the store. However, we found that the employees that we worked with were excellent and went out of their way to help us. They were very apologetic and gave us free delivery even though we live many miles past their free delivery mileage cutoff.
