Yes went to lowes in eatontown New Jersey and was looking to purchase a dewalt grinder and ask one of the salespeople where would I find them an 1 of the employees was really rude he was like look over there and there was another employee that was standing next to that employee and he said ma'am I can take you over to the grinders he found the grinder and the blades I was looking for his name was Tom and he needs a RAISE & a promotion like maybe Manager Tom is the bomb .com thank you soooooo much for your help Tom

Negative customer experience on Saturday Aug 19, 2017 in the morning. I asked an associate called BOB in the lighting department about where to find something. This Bob was rude, lack of manners, not oriented to a customer position with a corporation that is also lacking of some kind of customer service. I reported this Bob to the manager on duty that day: Ashley because Tom is the "official" manager not available that day. Ashley gave me the corporate phone number to complain. This is the best home improvement place around. It generally has more selection than its competitors so beats their prices. The clerks are everywhere, so you can always ask for help. And they're usually very knowledgeable.
