Don’t buy Pitboss grills!!!!! They won’t answer customer service calls or anything and Lowe’s won’t help replace even thou the company don’t care about warranty ...check the Pitboss grill fb page and read the reviews for yourself!!!

Fantastic customer service from Brian in the Voorhees NJ appliance department! As someone that tries to provide great customer service (sometimes it is definitely hard) I really appreciate when I receive great customer service. I was able to do everything over the phone, he was very patient and he answered all of my (many) questions... Hopefully Lowe's will send me a survey!
Buyers beware, I bought a new John Deere mower a bagger and a yard cart, it’s been nothing but a nightmare from not getting what I order to missing parts, I made a complaint with corporate they told me the voorhees store has 24 hours to reach out to me witch they did but to only tell me I have to call the delivery company to take it up with them, delivery company wasn’t sure why Lowe’s made me call them, I called corporate a 2nd time to tell them I got NO WHERE , corporate said the store has 24 hours to reach out to me again... read more
You can do better guys. Your store in Voorhees was packed with people, whole families. I was 1 hour in line, not exaggerating . It is impossible to keep the 6 feet distance recommendations . Some associates were wearing masks , some weren’t . You need to start limiting the number of people in the store, close the garden center for starters, it is not a priority and it is attracting a lot of people
I did not know that I needed to read the back of the receipt to know their return policy. After spending thousands on bedroom, bath remodel. Home Depo returns everything.
