I would say the workers are very nice at the store, but management has a lot to learn about customer service, and teamwork. I feel sorry for the staff at this particular store located in Davie, Florida Dykes and Sheridan Street. Definitely needs better trained management that knows what they’re doing. I will go to Home Depot until this is fixed. A year later, I would still go to Home Depot. Management still have not changed.
Lowe's is always really good, but tonight, there were 5 employees hanging out in the custom kitchen area and myself and my wife stared at them for 10 min, then all made eye contact and dispersed. Pushed the help button, and nothing. Quite disappointing.
