Customer service here is the worst service
This store is never crowded and is easy to access. The selection is on the smaller side as this is a smaller Lowe's. The selection in the electrical aisles are very limited. Staff is very helpful, but occasionally it takes a bit of time to find someone. The store is new, clean, and significantly nicer than the closest home Depot.
I cannot begin to express the gratitude I felt for having met Bob at the Lowes located in Davie. I came in looking for a new lock for a door and I had the best customer service from Bob who saw me looking so lost and he was just so sweet giving me a breakdown of the different door locks. He accompanied me to pay and assisted me with making additional keys. His service was outstanding. Many thanks!!!!
