Excellent customer service they help you the best way they can
Head cashier was awesome! Super helpful. Assistant manager though was no help at all. No critical thinking skills, not sound judgement abikities, not a good listener, lost a large sale due to inability to listen and think for himself. Purchase went to Home Depot for generators.
Dealt with Dina, Dwayne & Sh'Niyah on 07/03/25 & although there was a LONG challenge with the computer/register system being down in order to look up my card info & find the products I desired, they were very accommodating & pleasant (even after the long wait & after closing hrs). I had to return the next day to complete the transaction & based on my previous pleasant experience, I purchased considerably more items. Dealt with Jeff & he was quick with using his critical thinking to successfully process my transaction.
