Storm door installation has been an absolute crazy nightmare. Hard to do justice to the ordeal but I’ll try. I started the process with Lowe’s at the South Burlington, VT location in late spring 2025. May 31 I initiated it. As of mid-September, the job still isn’t done. It’s been a complete mess of rescheduled appointments, no-shows, conflicting updates, and absolutely no accountability from anyone involved. We ordered a full kitchens worth of cabinets. We paid for expedited building and shipping. The manager messed up the paper work when we made a change in the window of time you are allowed to make a change. We did not find out until they started doing the install. It then took over a week to resolve. They submitted a new order, and even though it was expedited it still took 4 business days longer to build the extra cabinets than the promised expedited timeline. Natalia was great, along with many other associates. It was easy to find someone to unlock items I needed and Natalia was very personable. As an interior designer and my other half a contractor, we’re in often for projects, and the whole team is always helpful and professional.
