Honestly if don't buy your appliances from Lowe's you should!!! I have had major issues with a Whirlpool hot water heater since day 1, and have called Whirlpool many times... they replaced part after part, but would charge me shipping for these parts! Twig has spent at least 40 man hours working on this piece -- ---- and Whirlpool would never replace the faulty heater... even after I knew there was a class action law suit on it!
