Great Variety! I can always pretty much gaurantee that they will have everything i need here for a great price. They have a great return policy if defected. I can even get my plant food here! They ahve a great plant selection here too! Can get all my carden needs here also! Love getting great plants at a great low price!
I ordered and refrigerator from Lows in Tyler. I spent alot of money there. When I called to find out if my order had been delivered or not so I could go pick it up the phone rang for well over a hour and nobody picked it up. I am going to have to say that that. It not good customer service. I was just trying to find out if it was at the store so I could come get it.
The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Waited 3 days for a delivery. Called store several times. No one ever did a follow up including store manager, asst. store manager and never could get in touch with delivery manager.
Our experience with the Pearland Lowes has not been a positive one. Whenever the staff needs assistance from a manager - there is not one to be found. The staff seems to run in the other direction when you have a question or need direction. There is full figured red haired woman that is a cashier in the commerical lane that seems to be trying exteremly hard to make a bad impression.
