Brought a freezer from Lowes on July 21 2020, had to be ordered , got it delivered August 19, plug it up and waited till this morning to check on it. Freezer not even cooling call Lowes, they first said we did not take a extended warranty, then said we had to call service to have it look at. This is bad service in my opinion, what really is bad is it had a Made in America sticker on the door so much for quality control.
Ordered a grill online during the Covid pandemic- trying to be responsible and not shop in the store- to be picked up at the store. 5 days later and an in-stock grill is still not ready for pick up. We’ve called customer service twice (waiting on hold for over an hour) both times being told it was ready. The second time they called the store and the store told them it was ready. Shelby in appliances went absolutely above and beyond. I had ordered some appliances after we had a power surge that fried our appliances. Long story short the order was delayed and then the order was delayed by a month. I was getting desperate, but then I called once again and this time I was able to deal with Shelby she took the situation and handled it like a champ. Be on time to their appointments. I understand that you all partner with a company called United something that does your scheduling for quotes and installations but since they can't be on time then I'll be going through another avenue for carpet for my house.
