I would advise everyone against buying any Holiday decor from Lowe’s. I purchased two animated Christmas decor items for a Christmas gift. Three days after Christmas both stopped working. When I attempted to return these items I was told it is store policy that no Christmas decor can be returned even if it defective after the 26th of December. I went there with my receipt for an 18 and some change return hoping to buy something else that would work. Gave the girl at the desk my items and the receipt—she scanned it and said “We don’t stock these you’ll have to take them back to the store you bought them at” What, I bought them at Lowe’s, I have the receipt but your turning me away???? Went in with measurements to get carpet for stairs... when we asked the lady to figure out how much we need and to cut it. She googled how to figure it out, handed us the printout from google and told us to figure it out ourselves. Ronda “ who is apparently a manager” came over ( didn’t help us ) then just stood there talking with the other lady about us. Finally Joe helped us, figured it out and had it cut. Cassandra is flooring and Ronda are awful, absolutely zero customer service. #lazy
I really want to give a shout-out to Doug Shiflett in the Appliance department. We needed to replace a few appliances and he spent time with us, figuring out the best deal for what we needed. He was so friendly and patient. We ended up buying an entire new set for the kitchen instead of the two we originally wanted. Very thankful for his knowledge. Can't wait to get our new appliances in two weeks!
Cheap labor. Promises but absolutely no follow through. The company is dysfunctional. There is no pride. It’s all about ripping you off and taking no responsibility or accountability.
