RecommendedI order flooring from ocala they didnt have enough. So I ordered a pallet from wildwood. I was missing 2 boxes and 2 tiles. After being passed around 16 times and 6 days later. I was finally passed to Sergio. He went above n beyond and delivered the tiles to my house. BIG THANK YOU TO SERGIO!!!
Purchased motorized Levelor blinds and have problem with getting a resolution with manufacturer defects. Paid over $3,000 and have contacted Lowes several times and had installers back to attempt field repair, still no fix. Went to the store today and waited for help from customer service and left after waiting and not able to get anyone to help.

Ordered dishwasher for delivery on 8/26, tonight was FOURTH time they told us it was being delivered and surprise! It’s not here. Contacted store several calls each time they scheduled & didn’t call or show. We will be getting our money back and going to Home Depot, this is ridiculous and NOT acceptable. Store manager “Brian” wasn’t helpful and never did call back. We will NOT be shopping here again, maybe not even Lowe’s in general but definitely not this store. Purchased washer and dryer on 9/1. Still waiting for them to be delivered. Keep getting different explanations of delays and false promises of delivery dates by appliance supervisor. Stopped in today as last week we were told they might come in on Tuesdays truck (yesterday) Supervisor avoided us and we had to leave the store still not knowing when or if our units would be delivered.
We were promised delivery of a Dryer on 9/9/2019 and the day of delivery would be 9/13/2019 today still no delivery and getting the run around. My next call BBB. What A Nightmare.......UPDATE Manager Brian has fixed the void with a dryer from the store and had employee bring one and installed. THANKS BRIAN AND DELIVERY MAN
#1 Get more people who can help customers in store . #2 Follow through on outstanding problems with customers. #3 Answer your department phones and also when help is requested in a department.
This store has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve been fighting with them for 2 months to get them to fix a defective fridge they delivered. I’ve spoken to the store manager, as well as 2 of the assistant store managers, and every time, I’m promised something that never happens.
