This store is NOT Senior Citizen Friendly!!! I took my 68 year old self into the Fresno Lowes to the Appliance Department to look at Dryers, the clerk and I looked at the Whirlpool and the Amana Dryers. The employee and I discussed the two Dryers and I definitely did NOT want the Whirlpool; so I purchased the AMANA Dryer on September 15th, 2022; I then arranged to pick it up at 6am September 16th, 2022. The curve side phone never answers for 45 minutes and cars waiting. The worst curve side pickup of the city! Inside the 2 ladies just talking and not answering the calls! I recommend HOME DEPOT is the best curve side service
Better Customer Service: I bought a washing machine from lowes. It flooded my laundry room and adjacent rooms on the day it was installed. My wife called lowes to figure out a fix but it took many different phone calls just to get someone to call back days later. No one from Lowes ever came out to inspect the damage or offered help. We had my handyman come to clean up and repair. I brought he invoice in to lowes for reimbursement- it was denied because it was "not a receipt." they expected me to pay first and get reimbursed.... read more

Very poor customer service At the River Park location. Extremely frustrating experience trying to purchase and set up delivery of a fridge. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Home Depot!
Good selection of outdoor plants and they had Halloween display out already .
Love this store always had so much help however , not today , I’m thinking a few of the associates need to take a nap. Not very pleasant or helpful so I left. Will try another store for deck supplies
Absolutely horrible. I ordered over $3k worth of stuff online for a patio. I had to get more expensive stuff because they said it was all they had in stock. Weeks go by with no delivery and they say it’s because the distributor was delayed. I paid $700 extra because they said they had it! Try calling and no answer, then get hung up on multiple times while on hold. Manager agrees to call me around 530 and calls at 930 at night! He agrees to have dayshift manager call me in the morning and dont get a call all day. Try to call ... read more
