I have had a horrible experience with this particular store wherein I purchased a washer and less than two weeks, the washer stated to have leaks in the back , when Lowes was contacted I was put on hold for a long time.,I spoke to the manager just to tell me that there is nothing they can do even though the washer was less than two weeks old .
