I have had a horrible experience with this particular store wherein I purchased a washer and less than two weeks, the washer stated to have leaks in the back , when Lowes was contacted I was put on hold for a long time.,I spoke to the manager just to tell me that there is nothing they can do even though the washer was less than two weeks old . Worst service ever!Asked for help in lumber,instead of helping us find what we needed he just pointed a finger. Guess I should have climbed to the top to see if it was up there. Said item was in inventory online but couldn't get help. Sure another store will be glad to get our $$$. I am very disappointed!

Gave $100 gift card for Birthday. Husband ordered items, which website stated was in stock. After order placed items cancelled and nothing was placed back on gift card. Went in store no one could remedy. Finally got someone online who was supposed to mail replacement gift card but never arrived. After run around finally located st UPS. Once again ordered and low and behold same thing happened again. Prepaid for a delivery on lawnmower and rototiller. Lawnmower was dropped when being delivered and after 3 days store seemed to not know about it. Rototiller was sold out from under us 2x after we watched it being put aside for our delivery. Only reason we had it set to deliver was we were in a small vehicle on our way to work when we bought these things. DO NOT SHOP AT LOWE'S you have been warned.. 1st and ONLY TIME
They are rude & disrespectful
follow no safe measures .. crowded, no masks, too many people. also took my money for patio door measurements, worker came, no mask. and no calls back to follow up. rude and uninformed
