Absolutely awful service. You need to beg an associate to help you and then they will run away from you as soon as they think they've helped you enough. Finding products that are not damaged takes some digging. It's worth the extra mileage to go to the Lowe's in Goshen where they have 10x better service.
Absolute worst. I walked by 12 people not one ever said hello or are you finding everything ok or can I help you find something. 12 people who have no customer focus. Pitiful. And no I did not find what I was looking for went down several isle and walked the perimeter 2 times and couldn't find what should be in the store as it's simple insulation. Went in looking for reflectix and walked out empty and still looking. Will not come back to this store let alone if I'll ever goto a lowes as they probably all go through same trai... read more
