You wait and wait and wait and wait for an appliance person. Even when theres a group having a meeting near by and they all see you waiting but dont relieve a person to help. Then you are met with attitude. The guy was annoyed that I took a picture of the tag of the appliance I wanted. Ive been standing there for 30 minutes so I was doing what I could. Excellent customer service! Quick easy curb side pick up!
We were looking through the clearance flowers at Lowe's when we noticed a small flag displayed in one of the flower pots. We asked Cindy where we could find them. She walked with us to the display, but there was only one left. She took the time to scan the item number and search the inventory system. Although the system showed there were 90 in stock, they weren't where the system indicated they should be. We appreciated that Cindy because of her diligence she found them.
