I bought refrigerator, dishwasher,and new freezer. Sales person did not explain clearly about connection to ice machine. The delivery people were horrible. After 4 times to my home refrigerator finally got in house and plumber had to come back after he had put new shut off valve on and finish job. I went to Mishawa and bought my washer and dryer and 10 gallons of paint to finish remodel. Went to a total different store to buy flooring. Not a good experience at the Elkhart Lowes. I brought a friend in and was having a hard time deciding on flowers. Kim walked us around showing us all the flowers and what she though was a good idea for flower pots. Both my friend and I were very pleased with not only her suggestions but her attitude and friendliness. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much Kim
