I ordered mulch and potting soil for next day delivery. Lowes claimed I ordered the potting soil for same day delivery. On top of that, they charged me an additional delivery fee for the "same day" items. Even though it is quite clear that this was a single order that was not delivered same day, Lowe's refused to acknowledge their error and refused to refund the additional delivery fee.
