RecommendedGloria was phenomenal in the way she helped my wife and I find the Gila window Film. She went out of her way to help us attempt to find the product and when she couldn’t she walked my wife and I over to Liz in the paint section. Liz also was extremely nice and demonstrated her customer service attitude by looking up the product and then showing us which Lowe’s still held it. Because of them I will continue to spend my money at Lowe’s. Excellent customer service and experience cannot be misjudged. Thank you Gloria and Liz.
My husband and I scheduled a flooring instillation through Lowe’s in Ballantyne, NC on July 1 after we spent a considerable amount of time working with the store and getting a consultation in our home. Prior to installation my husband had to travel 45 minutes to pick up the flooring himself, load it into his car, and out of our car into our home because the flooring was not going to have time to acclimate before installation otherwise according to Lowe’s. Great place to work and working in that building for 15 years fantastic customers one of the better Lowe’s
Defective Lowe’s flooring installation. Lowes has not responded to many requests to reimburse me for replacing the flooring they improperly installed. I have made many requests since August, 2017 by phone, email and supplying requested supporting documents. After spending over $15,000 renovating the kitchen, I expect and deserve better responsibility to correct installation defects. DO NOT HIRE LOWES TO DO INSTALLATIONS IN YOUR HOME.
Normally I'm okay with this store in particular and the employees there. I'm very dissatisfied with Lowe's warranty people. We bought a major appliance there WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY and when we called to get service on the product were told we would have to wait 4 days for service. I wouldn't have expected that with an extended warranty. So don't bother buying a warranty. Or better yet, don't buy appliances from Lowe's.
Just wanted to give a big thank you to Sirlisiter and Jess at the Charlotte Ballantyne Commons location. I came to this location to look at a specific refrigerator before purchasing. These two associates were wonderful in helping me and were very knowledgeable. It was well worth the drive for the excellent customer service. And Sirlisiter: I will keep you in mind for a future window purchase!
