I went to get a piece of glass cut and after being there for 45 minutes I was told I'm out of luck bc no one knew how to change the cutting blade and I called the store and it just rang and rang trying to talk to a manager.

The delivery system is ridiculous. Telling customers that the delivery people will call at 8:00 AM to arrange a delivery time then being told that it will be between 1:00 and 5:00 is absurd. How many people want to sit around for four hours waiting for a delivery? Do you not have GPS and a program that can coordinate deliveries more efficiently? I guess not. Think twice about purchasing an appliance that needs delivered! Beware of the aggravation.

This used to be a great store 5 years ago. But, not any more. Good luck trying to find someone to help you there. And even if you lucky enough to find help, they have no clue anyways. Shelves are never down stocked, hardware and plumbing departments are a mess. I'd suggest going to Home Depot these days.

Hi, literally every single one of your employees we encountered (about 8) were very rude and unhelpful to us. What should've been a 5 minute trip took 45 minutes. Won't be coming back here again! Home Depot is much nicer!!!!

I asked 3 people for help finding a cleaning product. They all told me they didn't have it without checking. I looked around for a while and they did have it. Fiasco checking out with a mop that had 2 pieces but came as a combo where I finally said screw it I'll pay for both, but the employee was clueless and couldn't even check it out that way. Not even sure why you have floor employees honestly.

My husband and I drove from Cleveland OH to this Lowe's because they had a toolbox I wanted. The employees were so helpful and nice. If we're ever in Pittsburgh again and in need of home improvement, we will definitely go there.

Lowes hires super sketchy subcontractors. I purchased a solid surface countertop on 5/18 and Was told 3 different time frames when my countertop would be installed first 7-10days then the contractor came out to do their dimensions and told us 2weeks tops now we are being told 6-8weeks from the day they did the measurements. Was called twice to confirm my order after already speaking to them multiple times on my order. It seems like not one of their employees have any knowledge. Very disappointed in my used-to-be favorite dyi store. Since I am a seventy- something woman, I can say this...all your old, cranky men associates are useless. I had to practically beg someone to assist me in finding a particular item, and was then castigated because I hadn't found it myself. I approached three before one acknowledged my request for help. On the flip side, one young man was extremely helpful.

Grill I got looks great. Was told in the store that the delivery guys could get it up our steep front stairs. They showed up, flat out said it couldn't be done. So my cancer battling wife and I got the job done. Lazy people.
