After shopping at Lowes for over 30 years, and spending over $25,000 alone at the Mechanicsville location, we're done with this company. Tonight my wife and I went into this store to buy 5 storage crates that were on sale. We were entering our veteran's information into the self checkout station when a sales associate came over to intervene. We politely told him we didn't need his help and continued to check out.
