Lowes wouldn't return or exchange a store brand, never been used, never opened can of paint. It wasn't even custom tinted. This isn't the first time this has happened (issues with returns). I will shop at Home Depot instead.
Friendly and helpful service professionals
They like to misinform customers about their return policy so you go to the store to make a return and then they turn you away.
There was some confusion with my fridge after it wasn’t delivered, but after going up to the store after work and explaining the situation, Anna and Derek (the store manager) worked hard to figure out and resolve the situation both empathetically and professionally. They managed to help me set up a new delivery date after figuring out what had happened, and I am so thankful that they were so kind and just made a stressful day end on a positive note. Thank you again!
