I visited Lowe’s in Haines City Florida yesterday. I needed to purchase a new refrigerator, as the compressor broke in mine!! I needed a very fast delivery and the Manager George got involved… He was OUTSTANDING, and helped me all He could to get My delivery out ASAP!! He is a wonderful asset to Your company And does all he can to make sure the customer is satisfied when they leave the store!!! Thank You George !!!!!

Do not get your fence installed by lowes. They could care less about making sure your needs are accommodated. This is NOT free, we pay lots of money and still get treated like we don't matter. Sales agent Ann Allison does not help and is wrost to communicate with and brushes off lightly the issues we have been dealing with.. I been waiting 9 months to get our fence installed and then when there ready to install, we learn they brought the wrong fence material for the back. So here we have an un finished fence that could take ... read more

No mask enforcement. Several customers without masks. When I expressed my concerns, cashier didn't acknowledge my presence.

Always clean neat and orderly. Mostly great service from the reps on the floor. Very helpful. As an aside, I love your display out front for the military. Please be sure to add the Coast Guard.. I did not see them represented to day when I went to your store this afternoon. Thanks for doing it, the display looks wonderful

Today I went to one of the lower's stores. I found an offer and they told me that it was not ... look for another one and they told me the same thing ... the attention was bad .... I felt very badly attended ... this town is in Davenport at 27.
