I worked with an associate by the name of K.C. in the blinds department at the Poinciana store. He was so helpful and very patient while I made phone calls to get needed I formation for my purchase. He was so friendly shopping was a pleasure. Nice to see good customer service!

I will never buy from Lowe’s again as along as they use a third party carrier to deliver appliances for them they had me wait all day for my stuff just to call me at 6pm to tell me they ran out of time and have to put in the back of the line for the next day delivery because they already have other people schedule they acting like it my fault they can’t get they shit together. Never buy from them again.

Unfortunately one of the paint machines is down. I've made 3 trips to get the one gallon that I need. I bought a gallon of stain but it isn't the right kind for pool deck. So now another trip to return this one and a trip to Home Depot to get the kind of pool deck stain that I need. I had everything ready to work this afternoon and it wasn't what I needed. Frustrating. The help today was not the usual that I get.

What a waste of time trying to shop there. There is never enough people to help you, that's if you could find someone. Example: the paint dept, sale person covers flooring, window treatment, to busy to help. Enough is enough I will travel the extra mile and go to Home Depot at least you'll help. SHAME ON YOU LOWES!!!
They would do better if they hired me.. Hahahahahahaha =P
