Very dissatisfied with customer service at this Lowe's..
All the employees at the store are extremely helpful. We're in there quite a bit and they're all extremely courteous to my three-year-old and always very polite and helpful
It was a very good and rewarding experience. Got LG washer and dryer in Black Stainless Steel. Timothy and his coworkers were professional, knowledgeable about their products and worked to help me get the best bang for my bucks. Thank you for honoring previous quotes. I will return for my kitchen appliances.
Went in today to return something, 3 different groups of employees huddled around talking, no one greeted us. Then shopped around and not one person asked if we needed help, almost ordered what we needed from Amazon until we interrupted an employee from their phone/text. Too many people wandering around or talking to other employees and it the least friendliest store.
This lowes freaking sucks. Every time you go in it you can get no help! Got told by the manager after a million bad experiences that he's discount the hell out of shit....his exact words. Got 10% which is what I already get for military discount. This has been quite sometime time ago. Went in today for a $600 purchase and couldn't get any help at all then saw employee standing around on cell phone, snapped a pic and went to Home Depot. Saved about $100 so thanks lowes! Buyer beware!!!!! Bought windows with installation several months ago. Installation was bad an customers service ads been horrible.
