A joke of a store with horrible customer service. If you are looking to buy an appliance I would recommend LITERALLY anywhere else. Waited all day for the delivery of our not first, not second, but third washer since the first one they sold us was incorrect, the second one they delivered broke after three washes, and the third... well that one they forgot to put us on the delivery list for. Lowes committed theft by deception. The store took my money and has missed four (4) delivery dates. The last date, yesterday was promised by an employee who knew he would not be at the store to follow through the next day. That's called lying. Not delivering paid for merchandise as promised four (4) times is called theft. Where is my paid for item Hamburg Store employee Jordon Kennedy!?
While checking out, the cashier started to assist another customer and Lowes employee. You take care of the customer in front of you. Others need to wait their turn just as I did.
We've been buying our appliances here for the past 4 years now. Was really pleased with the 12 month no interest offer.

Went in to by a washer. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Great service, didn’t have to stand around awaiting. Hillary knew what she was doing on the computer. Fast and efficient.
