Stay away from Lowes and their supposed Premium Cabinets Schuler. They do not care about their customers. I tried to contact the President via email and continued to copy him on every email I sent throughout this entire ordeal never once did he respond or have anyone with authority contact me that was serious about resolving my issue. I wish I had checked Facebook and other review sites before we tried to buy a new clothes washer and dryer set from Lowe's. This company is *totally* FUBAR!! Unfortunately, we ordered a new clothes washer and dryer set from the Lowe's in Keller, TX last Thursday. I found the top soil and play sand I was looking for at a good price. I somehow managed to get the 50 lb bag of sand into my basket. I nice employee loaded a 40 lb bag of topsoil into by basket. I went to a register inside to pay. I asked for some assistance getting the heavy items into my car. She said she would call someone and to pull my car up front. I was returning a bissel rental and was told that the machine was unacceptable because it was dirty. The associate Chris offered to take me “outside” to discuss. I called for a manager and was talked down to by a Nick who claimed to be a manger but was not wearing a name tag or any other identification/information. The store manager never came.
