Stay away from Lowes and their supposed Premium Cabinets Schuler. They do not care about their customers. I tried to contact the President via email and continued to copy him on every email I sent throughout this entire ordeal never once did he respond or have anyone with authority contact me that was serious about resolving my issue. I wish I had checked Facebook and other review sites before we tried to buy a new clothes washer and dryer set from Lowe's. This company is *totally* FUBAR!! Unfortunately, we ordered a new clothes washer and dryer set from the Lowe's in Keller, TX last Thursday.
