Terrible customer service. The guy in lumbar walked away from me twice. He knew I needed help and didn't want to be bothered. They even paged him overhead and he still ignored me. I had to get a woman from the front to help me with a heavy shelf. The guy in paint is pretty unapproachable and unfriendly too. Disappointed and will go to Home Depot next time.
They sold the Christmas tree I had paid for and was to pick up later - very disappointing :(
