I bought a dishwasher for $607.98. I asked at the time, I needed a Saturday delivery. Found out they only deliver from Monday - Friday. Why wasn't this stated to me prior? I went back to obtain a refund. They gave me a refund for the dishwasher and not the install for $249.00. I called the corporate office. They finally gave me the refund. I will shop around. After the fact another area can provide me for $475.00 the same dishwasher and install. Maybe Lowe's will consider a price match not to lose a customer! Thank you!

I bought a refrigerator 07/06/2020 to be delivered to a tenant whose refrigerator was not working properly. I was told it would be delivered 07/07/20 as they had a delivery cancellation. I had my tenant be there however, Lowe’s called and said it will be delivered 07/12/2020 as per the tenant. I tried to find out what happened and was disconnected and could not talk to anyone as I kept being transferred and placed on hold. So I said ok. i knew this was a bad idea, but i went against my instincts. i placed a pic uk order, once i got there nobody wpuld pick up the phone. 15 minutes later I got out of the car to pick up my order. i was preached by Nicky that they were too busy, with only 2 people. Well, nothing personal to Nicky, but if Lowes advertises pick up then they need to ensure they truly meant it. i may not have been prepared to get into a store and exposed myself, which is the opposite i wanted, keeping in mind i requested pick up. awful. lowes, you ... read more

Poor customer service. Store manager unavailable. Customer service phone number disconnects after three minutes on hold. Text messaging said an associate would call - 2 hours later, nothing. I’ll Go to Amazon.

You could start apologizing when you do a mistake and properly talking to your customer

8pm exhausted and tired from moving and unpacking. Best experience since we have been in Florida so far Kevin Beckford was a major asset to our experience and to Lowe’s. Thank you Kevin for your knowledge, help and patience. ���

To Management, I want to compliment & write what a wonderful job Josh Hayes did installing 3 sets of custom faux wooden blinds in my residence. From when he first came to take measurements, to the actual installation Josh was professional, very personable, knowledgeable and quick. He gave me helpful suggestions about the operation of the blinds & did not hesitate when answering my questions. It was a pleasure conducting business with him .
