RecommendedJennifer went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us. Taking measurements, figuring tile requirements, loading 12 boxes of tile from three different locations. She was friendly, helpful, and patient. Jennifer you ROCK! The two cashiers that helped were also friendly. I do not know the young man's name who helped load the tile in our car, but he immediately jumped in to help when no one showed up to load. Thank you, thank for your selfless willingness is greatly appreciated.
one of the employee he worked inside pass the entrance he was very rude and not very helpful all the years I have shopped at Lowe's never had this experience I hope someone addresses this problem
Whoever was working your customer service check out today really sucks. Young girl with zero personality. Overheard her telling her co worker she couldn’t wait till her shift was over and the day was going too slow. I walked back and my item I was waiting on was laying on the cart . I doubt she was going to let me know it was ready. Sorry customer service. If I could rate lower than 1 Star I would!!!!!
During our bathroom remodel we received a bathroom faucet as a Christmas gift. Due to the sink we purchased being cracked and we had to return it, the faucet we received as a gift, would not work with the new sink we purchased. The faucet would need to be a center set instead of 3 individual. I brought it back to Lowe’s to exchange for a centerset. Spent over $5000 for a remodel. Took one of three light fixtures back for exchange and was told purchase was over 90 days and I couldn’t exchange it ! Customer service lady has no business dealing with customers. She was rude and very disrespectful. I have always bought from Lowe’s in Mesquite. From appliances to other remodel projects. But never again

This Lowes store in Mesquite, TX is notorious for giving its customers the run around. Their Customer Service department does not know how to give customer service. I'm switching to Home Depot ASAP
Lowe's is not a place that I'll ever do business with again. first time I went to Lowe's early 2000's I went to buy a 2×4 maybe it was 3 separate pieces. I Remember all the workers just standing there like I was even there. I had to carry and load everything I bought. I swore not to go back, I broke my promise to myself and some 20 years later I go back and buy a Pella Storm door "Not Cheap" Sept 2018.
