I was looking for a pressure gage for my Husband and literally asked 7 different people for help before Klara finally assisted me. Klara was fabulous and her six coworkers should take a lesson in customer service from her. Pink haired dude was useless. Young teenage male employees visiting and told us to look in bay 95 against back wall. Bay 95 ended up being nonexistent once Klara got involved. Won’t shop at this Lowe’s again.
Recommendedit has great variety is a little pricey

Apparently if you have tattoos they think that you’re a criminal? I shop here a lot, but today I had an employee following me around the store, and peaking around the corner when I would stop.
Zero customer service. When Lowe's corporation eliminated the department managers and some other positions, they went down hill. It was a stupid move to do it. Plus they don't care about keeping the employees because Every time I go there they have a bunch more new employees and the ones I liked dealing with are gone. So on nights like last night I actually had to call them on my cell phone from inside the store to get help and then I didn't get helped. Very disappointed I want to make a purchase only to find out my card had been canceled due to inactivity I am pretty sure that I used my card about 10 to 12 months ago
