I finally got the job with Lowes completed but it was like pulling teeth with Keely Cassidy "she moved to the Baton Rouge store, thank God" so Ronald Jackson, sales helped complete the job with hardly any problems "thank God". If not for him I would still be waiting on Lowes. I would never refer Lowes for anything unless Mr. Jackson was handling it.
If I could give them a negative number I would. Worst companies ever to deal with contract work. The agent Keely Cassidy had no idea what she was doing and was not good on calling with updates. 95% of the time I had to call the 800 number to get in touch with her to see what was going on. And when she calls back which is always a few minutes after I hang up with a Lowe's rep.
